As a Volunteer Partnership Associate, you will support the organization in identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporates, non-profits, academic institutions, and government bodies. You will help create meaningful collaborations that enhance our impact, sustainability, and program reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential partners aligned with Techrity’s mission and goals.
- Support in drafting partnership proposals, letters of intent, and collaboration documents.
- Assist in maintaining the partnership database and ensuring regular partner follow-ups.
- Participate in partner meetings, take notes, and help coordinate action plans.
- Work with the communications team to highlight partnership milestones.
- Monitor partnership performance and support reporting and feedback collection.
- Help organize partnership events, webinars, or campaigns.
- Assist in building decks, presentations, and donor engagement materials.
Requirements
- A passion for social impact, technology, and community development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in partnership, fundraising, or business development (preferred but not required).
- Ability to commit 5–10 hours per week.
