Volunteer HR Coordinator

United Green CORE is seeking an organized individual to join our team as a volunteer HR Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting teams and wants to help ensure our environmental mission thrives through proper volunteer management.

As our Volunteer HR Coordinator, you would:

• Track volunteer hours and contributions across our programs.
• Help ensure compliance with volunteer policies and requirements.
• Maintain simple volunteer records and documentation.
• Support the onboarding of new volunteers to our environmental initiatives.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has basic organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Cares deeply about the environment.
• Can contribute approximately 1-2 hours per quarter.
• Enjoys helping create a positive volunteer experience.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations preferred.
