Google Ad Grant Keyword Advertising Help Needed, it's already established but needs major tweaking

I want to make clear that we already have the Google Ad Grant! We are already getting the $329 a day grant for keyword search ads and it was working back in May and we were able to use the full $300 of the ad. The first google update in March messed me up and the second one in June demolished it and I have not been able to get it back to working ever since.

So I need help to figure out what's wrong with the keyword search thing.
