Overview
This is a volunteer role with the potential for paid work later, ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and Google Ads management. The ideal candidate will have a background or interest in performance marketing, digital advertising, and data-driven decision-making. This role is essential for driving our marketing efforts to generate revenue for our charity, enabling us to expand our impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement conversion optimization strategies to enhance user experience and increase engagement.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- (Optional) Assist with social media marketing on platforms such as X and Bluesky.
- Provide regular performance reports to management, analyzing key marketing metrics.
- Monitor advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Conduct data analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends in affiliate marketing, web analytics, and digital advertising.
Qualifications
- Some prior exposure to digital marketing, conversion optimization, and ad management is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with budgeting for marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
