We are looking for community awareness coordinators to raise awareness to the life saving work that we do. Do you know a loved one suffering with substance use disorder? Are you in recovery? If the answer is yes, then are you ready to volunteer with us. We need volunteers to be ready to hand brochures to individuals or families seeking help with substance use disorder. The pop up cart at the Maine Mall will contain our brochures, literature and other information for them to call if they or a loved one is seeking help with substance use disorder. AccessDirect Recovery Network is a 24/7 mobile call center that helps individuals with substance use disorder access treatment options when they are ready.

Instrucciones:

We are looking for understanding individuals who support our mission, and can provide empathy to individuals and loved ones who suffer with substance use disorder. The volunteer can sit or stand and greet people with smiles and engage in conversations when it seems necessary or asked questions, as we understand how difficult it is to reach out for help. 1 day training will be provided. Days and times are based on each volunteer availability!
