Cultural immersion program in Chiang Mai, Thailand

In this project, volunteers will help organize a student immersion program in Chinagmai, Thailand. The Student Immersion Program is a four-day educational and cultural exchange initiative designed to broaden students' perspectives through hands-on learning, cultural exploration, and creative expression. Participants will engage in school activities focused on intercultural exchange, exploring local cultural heritage sites, and taking part in a Forest Restoration Workshop to learn about biodiversity and sustainability. This program fosters global awareness, personal growth, and meaningful connections, empowering students to become responsible and creative global citizens.

The international volunteers will act as team staff to support the students' immersion program activities according to the schedule. The volunteers will arrive 3 days before the activities with the students start in order to have a planning meeting with the local team. About 25 Vietnamese students and possibly some local Thai students will take part in the program. The volunteers will help in different teams throughout the program:

• Board and Lodging Team: This team will take care of the accommodation, student lodging, and food. You will be the one in contact with local restaurants and the hotel, and ensure that meals are provided for everyone.
• Media Team: This team will collect photos and videos, and edit short clips.
• Energizing Team: This team will lead the group in the morning to start each day with exercise and energizing activities.
