Majuro Cooperative School is the only independent private school in the Marshall Islands accredited by the Western Association of Schools & Colleges. Serving approximately 370 students in grades PreK-12, MCS utilizes a US-based curriculum, offering all core educational courses, plus extra-curricular activities in sports and the arts. We are a multi-cultural school of primarily ESL-learners at nearly 50 years of educating students.
We are located in the Republic of the Marshall Islands which is a protectorate of the United States of America. We are in the middle of the Pacific Ocean but not at risk of tsunamis or typhoons. Coop is a great school to work at if you are starting your international teacher journey.
