We coach and connect community partnerships across the country to focus efforts and close gaps, especially for children of color and low-income children. We help partners find and solve problems with data; use a rigorous approach to define and measure progress; and push people on changing behavior for lasting change. Together, we strive to create better systems of opportunity that truly benefit every child, cradle to career.

Guided by a nationally recognized approach that builds on lessons from communities, StriveTogether provides customized strategic assistance, resources and tools to help create and sustain the conditions necessary for improving outcomes and changing systems. We focus on strengthening the capability of leaders across all sectors to work together and use data to get better results at scale. The StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network reaches 8.2 million students, involves 10,800 organizations and has partners in 32 states and Washington, D.C.
