Uprooted Academy

We empower first-generation, low-income students of color by building social capital, creating connections, and providing emotional support for upward economic mobility. Through a hybrid approach of virtual and in-person support and leveraging technology we scale our impact, partnering with schools and youth-serving organizations to connect students to colleges and companies that help them achieve their dreams.

We envision a world where post-secondary planning is no longer the starting point of chronic stress but a time where students with the least amount of resources have support, guidance, and opportunity. By transforming how students are supported, we aim to replace stress with confidence and ensure every student has a clear path to thrive.
