Barron Creek Farm is an organic, non-profit farm with a mission to build community through food accessibility, education and sustainable farming. We donate all of our produce, and provide education on the benefits of small-scale agriculture, local food systems, and environmental sustainability.

Last year alone, we donated more than 10,000 pounds of produce to food banks & pantries around the Bay Area. Due to changing circumstances, the farm has relocated and found a new home on four acres of Certified Organic land in Bonsall, CA.
As we enter this exciting new chapter and begin farming in North County San Diego, we are seeking a passionate and strategic Executive Director to lead our organization, work collaboratively with our Farm Managers, and drive the continued success of our mission.
