Maine Equal Justice is a nonprofit legal services and economic justice organization that represents low-income people before the courts, governmental agencies and the legislature. MEJ focuses its work on the issues that affect people's daily lives - access to health care, food assistance, income supports, housing, fair working conditions, and higher education and training.
