Mission Statement: To provide access to quality education for job security. 

We are a multidisciplinary and multigenerational team of professionals from different countries of Latin America, Europe, Canada, and USA who have teamed to address the problem of youth unemployment in Latin America and the United States and to offer a solution from a social, technological, and managerial point of view.

We are motivated by knowing that through this platform we can make a difference in the lives of thousands of young people.

Aprende y Prospera LatAm has a comprehensive mentoring platform to empower young entrepreneurs from Latin-America with virtual live training given by volunteer instructors from all over the world.

Our young entrepreneurs will design their own "Life Project" with the assistance of their mentors who are specialized in educational psychology and other professionals. Once they have defined their goals, they will receive a personalized training based on their needs and levels of education and their mentors’ will accompany them steps by step until their business is up and running or until they get a formal job.
