Noah's Ark is a registered non-profit civil Society organisation for backward women and children development with environment conservation and sustainable development, through education and training. We are a Govt. Registered, non-denominational, non-profit Society working since 2005 with an office in Kolkata, and a governing body consisting of nine (9) members. The planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects takes place in regular board meetings and an annual general meeting.
We have successfully developed and initiated community development projects in the Suburban South Kolkata (Thakurpukur), South 24 Parganas District, Tribal region of Keshiary in Paschim Medinipur (West Midnapore) and State of Sikkim through last Nineteen years. These projects have targeted poverty alleviation and social empowerment with a focus on marginalized women and Special children.

Mission Partners : Noah’s Ark’s biggest resource is its people, and has a history of consistent support through both international and local volunteers. All of the professional staff offer their consultation, skills and work either free of charge or against a small fee, and help to connect the community and Noah’s Ark by working in a professional capacity in other offices in the region.
Achievements : We started, adopted and completed one pre primary school and two Schools with hostel cum orphanages in the tribal areas of West Midnapore District of West Bengal. 200 students including 150 tribal children every year for 10 years (2010 - 2020) were provided with low to free cost quality education (English medium) in these 3 minimum equipped schools with the initiative of Local community people and the guardians of the children for this purpose.
For first 12 years (2006- 2018) 120+ young women passed out of our institution and now are working in other corporate and schools like Maruti Udyog ltd, Forehans Technologies, International School etc.
We have served 2500+ registered patients through our homeopathy clinic (2006- tilli Today) . We have also trained more than 500 orphans in art and craft training in Save the Children Home, Thakurpukur (2007- 2012).
Rescuing and Rehabilitate Destitute Elderly people through Missionaries of Charity and Hive India.
From 2018 we are serving poor special children through charitable special education and therapies in Love & Care Special located in South Kolkata and our registered student number is 35.
From March 2024 we have started Training and Development programs for uplifting village women and youth through Handicrafts and education in Pakyong District of East Sikkim.
