  • Acerca de

At Nuestra Tierra Aldea Creativa, we are committed to conserving and protecting territories at risk, especially in the Chocó Andino cloud forest where we are based, while honoring the principle of Sumak Kawsay (Buen Vivir or Good Living). This principle emphasizes living in harmony with nature and each other, respecting all forms of life, and promoting well-being in a holistic way.

Our mission is to connect communities with Mother Earth by protecting biodiversity, preserving cultural heritage, and fostering a sense of responsibility towards our natural environment. We work with local residents and international visitors through programs in biodiversity education, community gardens, women's empowerment, and capacity building. These programs are designed to empower local communities, especially women, and promote sustainable practices.

We also offer spiritual and artistic retreats, such as our annual Women's Healing Retreat and Art & Nature Therapy retreats. These retreats foster personal growth, creativity, and connection to nature. The funds from these retreats support our community programs. Through our holistic approach, we aim to address both environmental and spiritual needs, helping people reconnect with the land while actively contributing to its protection.

Join us in creating a sanctuary for biodiversity where conservation and spiritual connection go hand in hand!
