🌍 Sound Engineering Internship

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as an intern at the Social Library of Villaseta, where you will manage and innovate our music recording studio. This internship is ideal for students or graduates in Sound Engineering or related fields who are passionate about music production and eager to gain hands-on experience in a creative environment.

🌍 Main Tasks:

🎛 Studio Management & Innovation:

• Overseeing daily operations of the music recording studio.
• Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and optimization of studio equipment.
• Experimenting with and implementing new audio techniques and technologies.

🎚 Music Production & Recording:

• Supporting artists in recording and mixing sessions.
• Managing sound editing and post-production processes.
• Ensuring high-quality audio output for various projects.

🎵 Creative Development & Community Engagement:

• Developing activities and workshops related to sound engineering.
• Assisting users in developing their technical and creative skills.
• Collaborating with local artists (young rappers and singers) to create music projects.
• Promoting the recording studio to attract new talents and music genres.
• Creating multimedia content to promote the studio’s activities and local artists.

❗ Requirements:

• You must be eligible for the Erasmus+ program.
• You must be able to commit to a minimum of 4 months working on-site in Agrigento, Sicily.
• You have at least a B1 in English or Italian
• You must be a student or graduate in Sound Engineering or a related field.
