Hands-on Experience with Patient Care.

As a program participant, you'll have the unique opportunity to:

Gradual Independence.

As you become more confident and familiar with the hospital's protocols, you'll be gradually given more independence to perform certain tasks on your own, under the supervision of your mentor.
