    About 22CI

22nd Century Initiative is a strategy and action hub catalyzing the possibility of a feminist, multiracial democracy in this century and the next. We bring together people from frontline organizations, statewide groups, and national movements working every day toward a world in which everyone has the freedom to thrive. We convene and build the pro-democracy field, advance cultural and narrative strategies that help people make meaning at scale, and create innovative initiatives to strengthen and sustain people-powered movements.

22CI is a small and nimble team that works together to meet the political moment with the highest level of strategy that weaves wisdom from successful anti-authoritarian struggles with deep analysis of the present and a clear view of the future. Right now, we are equipping the field with critical analysis and tools to block the authoritarian rise, and we are committed to fostering strong networks that show the majority of people in the United States believe our future is rooted in democratic freedoms. The Organizing Manager is a critical role to 22CI's mission and the person in this role has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make real impact in demanding times.
