Housing Preservation Programs Manager
Position Description:
Habitat for Humanity NYC and Westchester County is seeking a Housing Preservation Programs Manager (Manager) to assist with and expand our preservation programs. The Manager will report to the Director of Homeownership Programs. The Manager will provide technical assistance, training, education, and pre- and post-purchase services to applicants, tenants, homebuyers, and homeowners in both our home building and housing preservation programs. In addition, the manager will be actively involved in the Housing Services department as a whole, working with the team to develop and improve policies and procedures within the organization.

The office is located at 111 John St. FL 7 Suite 770, New York, NY 10038.
Regular hours will be weekdays Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm EST, with an hour allotted for lunch each day. Flexibility is required as some site visits to project locations throughout the 5 boroughs will be necessary. Depending on project needs, evenings and weekends may be required.
This position is a hybrid work-from-home and in-person model. The in-person engagement in the office serves to build cross-divisional strengths with team members across the organization and externally, with partner organizations, tenants and tenant groups.
