    Descripción

    As a Vice President, you will oversee, coach, and guide a division of talented, passionate team members to identify, implement, and achieve division-wide strategic approaches and programs. Your mission will be to provide strategic leadership and stewardship of Equality Federation’s donor engagement, external relations, and communications functions and teams. This helps to strategically impact our strategic plan/priorities by raising our profile with curre and potential partners, donors, and the media, and ensuring sustainable funding for the organization.

    Compensación

    • Remote Work: Ability to work from anywhere in the contiguous United States with broadband internet and access to a major airport (within easy travel range to DC a plus)
