POSITION SUMMARY
The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for enacting strategies and managing processes to ensure that we thoughtfully cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors to reach enterprise and regional fundraising targets. The Individual Giving Manager will create and develop donor communication and briefings, track fundraising metrics, and support in the management of individual donors within the national development and regional team portfolios. Other responsibilities include managing messaging and solicitation campaigns for low-dollar, mid-level, and major gift donors.
In addition to administrative support of organizational major gifts work, the Manager will oversee annual fund campaigns and may be asked to support the growing Young Professionals group and regional advisory councils.

Location: This position will be in-person a minimum of two days per week at STRIVE New York’s office in East Harlem
