About this role . . .

The Vice President of Global Fundraising leads Biblica’s global fundraising program. In this vital role, you will spearhead fundraising efforts, securing needed funds through high-impact fundraising campaigns, empowering a dynamic development team, and fostering relationships with a diverse portfolio of donors. While you will work directly with our leadership team to build and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies that not only meet but exceed our ambitious goals, you’ll also be working with your own donor portfolio. For us it’s more than fundraising – it’s radical transformation through radical generosity.

• Excellent management and supervisory skills, especially managing remote and globally distributed teams
• Ability to work well under pressure, with a ministry heart that nurtures the team while motivating them to success
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with a variety of constituencies both internally and externally
• Strong ability to think creatively and create innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of tax planning principles and techniques that favor charitable giving
• A team player with a calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress while adapting to the needs of the team and project

You Have . . .

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Five years of experience in fundraising; nonprofit fundraising experience highly preferred
• 5 – 8 years’ experience in managing fundraising teams
• Significant experience in international ministry or missions work highly preferred
• Experience in engaging with diverse cultural groups, providing a broad understanding of global Christian practices and challenges
• You must be US-based

You’re Good With . . .

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Working within flexible hours, including meetings outside traditional business hours.
• Traveling to various locations locally, regionally, and globally (around 50% overnight travel, including international travel)

• In one God, eternally existent in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• In the absolute deity and full humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ, God the Son, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His substitutionary and atoning death for all through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory to judge the living and the dead.
• In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is empowered to live a holy life, to witness and work for the Lord Jesus Christ.
• In the divine inspiration of all 66 books of the Old and New Testaments as originally given, guaranteeing their infallibility, entire trustworthiness, and supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

Pay and Benefits . . .

• Salary range: 131,000-170,000 USD (Determined by qualifications/experience/location)
• 40+ hours per week
• Biblica is a remote-first organization
• Biblica offers competitive benefits and compensation packages to Biblica employees to include but not limited to 11 paid holidays, flexible paid time off (FPTO), 8.5 days sick leave, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 403b, etc.
