Position Summary
The Development Coordinator, Donor Relations, manages and supports many of the activities of the Development Department and is responsible for donor database management, direct mail solicitations, and annual giving campaign support to facilitate increased donor engagement. The position reports to the CEO and executes an agreed-upon stewardship plan for all annual giving programs in line with the agency’s overall donor engagement strategy.
The Development Coordinator, Donor Relations, is accountable for an annually increasing revenue goal of $100K, while enthusiastically contributing to the overall success of the Development department.

A candidate with acceptable qualifications could expect to earn $45,000 per year, while a candidate with exceptional qualifications could expect to earn up to $65,000 per year. Our Friends Place currently pays 85% of the average monthly cost for medical insurance coverage. The agency matches up to 3% of employee IRA contributions and training dollars are allotted in the annual budget to grow your expertise in nonprofit development.
