Studio Institute seeks an experienced, organized, and innovative arts professional responsible for administration of a diverse portfolio of teen programs and direct oversight and supervision of the Teen Apprenticeship Program (TAP), a two-part apprenticeship and paid internship program that trains and teaches teens how to teach visual art to elementary summer camp students. The manager should have a passion for visual arts education and cultivating a community of dedicated young people while carrying out the mission and values of Studio Institute. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment and be responsible for program leadership, managing administrative tasks, and developing and sustaining partnerships.
The manager is an exempt full-time position reporting to the Executive Vice President and supervises one full-time Associate Manager position and provides overall supervision to seasonal staff in collaboration with the Associate Manager.

Studio is currently working with partners in Boston, Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, Memphis, Newark, New York, Philadelphia, and Providence.

Location
We are currently working on a hybrid schedule. The Manager, Teen Administration and TAP will work (4) days per week in our office at 410 W 59th St, New York, NY, and (1) day per week remote though this schedule may shift and evolve.

Salary
