POSITION TITLE: Integrated Mental Health Clinician(LICSW/LMHC)
LOCATION: White River Junction, VT & St Johnsbury, VT
HOURS: Full Time 30 hours/week, Hourly (Non-Exempt) – (15 hours/wk WRJ, VT & 15 Hours/wk St Johnsbury, VT)
UNION MEMBERSHIP: This position is represented by the AFT union in VT
POSITION PURPOSE: This position is responsible for providing patient-centered, trauma-informed clinical care, case management, advocacy, and support services at Planned Parenthood health centers. IMH clinicians ensure access to both same-day and scheduled services as part of a social justice and equity-driven clinical social work model. They also serve as community liaisons and active members of the Community Health Team (CHT), working closely with local communities to provide support and care.
