Our vision is for every young person in the Puget Sound area to have the opportunity to lead a safe, fulfilling life while actively contributing to their community. To bring this vision to life, we provide culturally responsive academic support, prevention, and intervention services tailored to the unique needs of youth and their families. Through our programs, young people gain the resources, guidance, and support necessary to navigate their futures with confidence and purpose.

Your Role As Program Director: SafeFutures is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to join our leadership team and help drive our mission forward. In this key role, the Program Director will oversee the development and implementation of effective after-school academic and youth development programs, provide strong leadership and supervision to program staff, manage contract compliance and reporting, and lead evaluation and data collection efforts. This position is ideal for a strategic and adaptable professional who excels at building structure, managing change, and laying the foundation for programmatic growth.

Responsibilities include:

    • Collaborating with other SafeFutures staff and peers in similar programs.
    • Attending training sessions, conferences, and similar events as needed.
    • Performing other related duties as necessary to help ensure program success.
