ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Member of agency Leadership Team managing all aspects of the financial operation including:
o Budget
o Bookkeeping
o Financial reporting
o Audit and 990 preparation
o Assist with grant applications and reporting
o Assist with benefits plans and compensation strategy
o Liaison to Finance Committee of the Board of Directors
o Policies and controls
o Agency strategic planning
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Significant experience in finance management
o Ability to work independently (Financial operation) and in collaboration (Agency)
o Mission-aligned
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or 2 years minimum of transferrable employment experience
PREFERRED SKILLS:
o Bookkeeping
o QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
