RECREATIONAL & SELECT YOUTH SOCCER DIRECTOR

Valor Soccer is one of the largest non-profit youth soccer clubs in Washington State. Currently Valor has over 3,000 boys and girls involved in the club’s programming. We are affiliated with the U.S. Youth Soccer pathway through Elite 64, Washington Youth Soccer, Regional Club League and Jr. Regional Club League, North Puget Sound League, and South Sound United League. The Valor Soccer office is located in Maple Valley, Washington.

The Recreational (Rec) & Select Director oversees and executes the Rec program within Valor Soccer, including facilitating the player pathway to competitive programming, specifically Select. This role requires prior experience in youth sports administration, meticulous organizational skills, and a proactive approach to communication. The successful candidate must also have a strong understanding of soccer operations, demonstrate professionalism, and thrive in both team and volunteer-based environments.
