OPEN seeks a dynamic and organized Campaign Coordinator to lead our Municipal Advocacy Initiative. This groundbreaking campaign aims to pass non-discrimination protections for non-monogamous individuals and diverse family structures across multiple U.S. cities. The ideal candidate will have experience in legislative advocacy, community organizing, and coalition building.

As a young nonprofit organization, OPEN is regrettably not able to provide benefits. The compensation range for this role has been adjusted upward to account for this.
