    Senior Development Manager

Full-Time, Permanent Remote Position based in Los Angeles, CA

    About Everyone On

Everyone On envisions a society where every individual has equal access to technology—expanding their potential and creating a more connected and thriving world. We are a national nonprofit dedicated to creating a world where digital access ignites potential and fosters inclusivity. Since 2012, we've connected 2 million people to reliable high-speed internet, distributed over 10,000 devices, and trained more than 6,000 participants in digital skills. We design high-impact, community-centered programs replicated nationwide through strategic partnerships with government, corporations and nonprofits.

Our holistic approach to digital inclusion focuses on connecting under-resourced individuals to affordable internet and computers, providing digital skills trainings to individuals and organizations, and advancing fair and just policies. We partner with community-based organizations in digitally excluded neighborhoods, primarily serving Black/African American, Latino/x and Tribal communities to equip individuals with the tools to unleash their power, creating a ripple effect of positive change throughout their neighborhoods. Our organizational culture is defined by our five values: adaptability, collaboration, equity, empathy and innovation.

Join us in unleashing the power of connectivity for all people.

    • Partner with the finance and programs team to develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring accuracy, grant compliance, and alignment with financial goals and resource allocation needs
    • Work closely with the executive team to develop funder-specific cases for support and renewal strategies for key funders
    • Collaborate across the organization to ensure organizational materials are accurate, aligned, and impactful
    • Support the creation and maintenance of one-pagers, decks, and other materials that help explain our work to potential philanthropic partners

    Donor Qualification and Research

    • Conduct in-depth research and produce high-quality prospect briefs to support leadership and external-facing staff in meetings and outreach
    • Utilize systems (e.g. CRM) to manage and track the pipeline of prospective funders, coordinating handoff of qualified prospects, including meeting prep as directed
    • Maintain prospect research through ongoing review and updating core research briefs with relevant news and developments

    Database Management and Fundraising Operations

    • Oversee use of a CRM, managing data accuracy, pipeline reporting, and analytics to inform fundraising strategies
    • Implement and maintain systems for fundraising operations, including workflow processes, team documentation, and budgeting tools
    • Develop and deliver actionable insights and custom reports to track fundraising progress, analyze donor trends, and inform decision-making
    • Collaborate with finance staff to ensure seamless processes for gift tracking, reconciliations, receivables, and grant compliance

    External Support
