    RIVET is a unique social impact brand empowering young people to leverage their consumer power to fund their own generationʼs social impact.

    Weʼre looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to help build the RIVET brand and support RIVETʼs revenue growth. With responsibilities including market research, ideation, pitching, relationship management, process-building and program analysis, this critical role will help resource RIVETʼs mission to fund youth-led change at scale.

    The Marketing & Growth Manager will join a dedicated, passionate, low-ego team of founders in scaling a first-of-its-kind social movement led by young people. The role will report directly into the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer and will work across the organization with all team members.

    Core responsibilities

    Marketing

    • Ideate, visualize and execute marketing concepts across all media for RIVET-branded and co-branded initiatives.
    • Co-develop marketing programs with major brand partners and serve as core partnership contact.
    • Manage the flow of marketing projects from beginning to end, leading internal and external stakeholders as needed.
    • Track, analyze and report program results on a regular basis.
    • Develop and maintain a brand assets database, serving as the internal resource on brand integrity for the organization.
    • Lay the foundations for systems and processes that will continue to meet the needs of a growing organization.

    Business Development/Growth

    • Research partner prospects and targets, developing briefs for CMGO and other stakeholders.
    • Develop templated and customized pitches to meet ongoing partnership opportunities.
    • Manage brand partnership contacts, status and updates within RIVET’s CRM ensuring the highest level of data integrity.
    • Develop and manage a clear flow of information from the CRM to the CMGO and team.
    • Schedule, plan and track internal and external meetings for the Marketing & Growth function.
    • Plan and execute cultivation/stewardship events (mostly US/UK).

    Compensation: USD $80,000 FTE

    Location: Fully remote

    Hours: Must overlap with U.S. Pacific Time 9 am to 5 pm PT for at least 5 hours per day

    Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role

    Compensación

    We are in the process of defining and securing benefits for the team through a PEO and articulating key policies and procedures for the team. We hope to have these in place by the end of the year. We have unlimited time off and people are pretty good at taking what they need to stay healthy and grounded.
