The League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania (LWVPA) is seeking a dedicated and strategic Program Manager or Program Director (title dependent on experience) to lead and strengthen our advocacy and engagement programming. This role is central to advancing our mission of empowering voters and defending democracy across the Commonwealth. The Program Manager/Director will be responsible for developing, managing, implementing, and evaluating statewide program initiatives; coordinating with local Leagues and statewide committees; and supporting communications and development efforts related to programming. This person will work closely with the Executive Director, State Board of Directors, and staff to drive impact through our education, advocacy, and voter engagement work. This is a critical position for someone who is passionate about democracy, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is ready to take a leadership role in building the programmatic capacity of a respected statewide organization.

Key Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):
Location and Time Expectations:
This position will be remote but based in Pennsylvania, with the expectation for travel to Harrisburg, or other locations, to support State and local League events, and to meet with the Executive Director and other staff. This position is full-time at 40-hours per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed to support programmatic events and initiatives.

Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with experience. The salary is also complemented by a competitive benefits and time-off package.
