This full-time, regular position is ideal for a mission-driven leader passionate about supporting low- and moderate-income individuals through innovative programs, including CDFI operations, housing counseling, lending, and financial services.
Position Overview
The Director will manage programs such as SBA microlending, foreclosure prevention, business development, and financial services, while advocating for economic empowerment and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. As a key member of SNAP's executive leadership team, this role also focuses on securing funding, program development, and fostering strong community partnerships.
