Location: Ely, MN / Northeast Minnesota
Reports to: Executive Artistic Director and Board
Position Type: Part-time, Salaried (Exempt), 15 hours per week on average
Salary: $15,000 annually
Contract: 12 months, with potential for extension

About the Role
Northern Lakes Arts Association (NLAA) seeks a dynamic and organized Development and Outreach Coordinator to help expand our reach and ensure the sustainability of our programs. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in community engagement, fundraising, and program coordination.
The coordinator will work closely with the Executive Artistic Director (EAD) to support marketing, fundraising, and program logistics while fostering relationships with donors, volunteers, and the arts community.
