    Descripción

    We seek an experienced group facilitator for 18 hours weekly for in -person psycho-educational program group delivery in Women's Recovery Programs in the Boston region. (Part-time).

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 5-10 years experience facilitating psycho-educational groups for adult women
    • B.A. plus 10+ years experience or M.A. plus 5+ years experience
    • M.Ed, LADC, LMHC, LICSW a plus for direct service client groups.
    • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

    We seek reliable, compassionate, organized, and confident group leaders who understand the unique role of a facilitator and who enjoy transformation, and seeing women change their lives. Traveling to program sites required. Must own a car. Must be comfortable working in diverse neighborhoods. Must have some degree of schedule flexibility. This work is extremely rewarding.

    For Group Leaders/Educators: Applicants must have experience facilitating psycho-educational groups. Please discuss your experience in your cover letter and clearly document on your resume.

    • Experience working with adult women in substance abuse treatment/ recovery.
    • Group leader experience required
    • Job Readiness experience a plus.
    • Our trainers work from our Skills for Success curriculum.
    • Successful training and group leader candidates will be required to attend and pass a 32.5 hour Skills for Success Facilitator Training.
