POSITION SUMMARY
The Part Time Staff Accountant is a position that provides accounting and financial reporting support to the CFO including daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reconciliation processes and reporting.

This part-time non-exempt position offers a starting hourly rate in the range of $25-$30 per hour. This position will receive perks like complimentary concert tickets earned at a rate of 1 lawn ticket for every 10 hours worked with the ability to redeem up to 2 tickets per concert.
WORK SCHEDULE, ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a part-time, non-exempt position. As an events-driven organization, Britt’s work schedule varies depending upon the activities of the season and the day. While most positions at Britt require working many long days and weekends during the Britt Festival season, this position keeps regular office hours, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-3pm. As such, this position is expected to work on site.
This position requires frequent computer use and the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Britt Music & Arts Festival is a community-based arts organization founded in 1963 in Jacksonville, Oregon. Britt provides the best in arts entertainment, engagement, and education to Southern Oregon audiences through a diverse array of live arts events: approximately 30 popular music & comedy shows, 6-7 orchestra performances, and dozens of admission-free education events each year. Recent performers include: violinists Anne Akiko Meyers and Alexi Kenney, country legend Willie Nelson, blues legend Buddy Guy, Pulitzer prize-winning composer and musician Caroline Shaw, contemporary jazz icon Norah Jones, and so many more.
