Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Development Manager to manage The GrowHaus’ day-to-day development operations in order to reach fundraising goals set by the Director of Development. To excel in this role, you must be a proven fundraiser with experience managing budgets, grant evaluations, and stewarding key funder relationships. You’ll also supervise The GrowHaus’ Development and Communications Coordinator, who you will work closely with in planning and implementing individual giving campaigns and events throughout the year.
This role requires experience managing grants, individual giving programs and budgets. Additionally, as a Senior Manager role, candidates are expected to have experience supervising and leading team members. While we appreciate diverse perspectives, this is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate is a leader who is ready to draft and secure grants, monitor grant budgets, and launch effective individual giving campaigns. We look forward to reviewing your application if you are a proven fundraiser with a strategic mindset ready to make an impact from day one!
Why The GrowHaus
Joining The GrowHaus is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, nationally recognized organization leading Denver’s food justice movement.
