    As the Senior Partnership and Operations Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to transform the lives of thousands of children, turning oppression into opportunity and exponential impact, by and inspiring people to generosity.

    You will play a critical role in helping guide the operational and strategic execution of Many Hopes’ mission. You will be deeply involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and growth, while building and managing strong relationships with our international partners. This role requires a leader who is highly organized, strategic, passionate about our mission, and a quick learner.

    JOB SUMMARY

    As the Senior Partnership and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

    International Partner Management:

    You will be the primary connection between Many Hopes US and our implementing partners so you will:

    • Develop strong relationships with, and expert knowledge of, our implementing partners, building trust and driving accountability
    • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness by using and improving Many Hopes M&E system to gather and present program and financial data
    • Create and monitor partnership agreements with existing and potential new partners
    • Create and manage a system of communication between Many Hopes USA and partners to capture progress and impact that can be shared with donors, leadership and the broader team.
    • Help coordinate vision trips and content trips to partner locations, acting as a liaison between partners and Many Hopes USA team

    Operational and Administrative Management

    • Manage the daily operations of Many Hopes, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and long-term goals.
    • Develop and implement operational processes, systems, and policies to improve organizational efficiency and scalability.
    • Support the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, working across departments to set and measure KPIs
    • Work with leadership to help manage the budget for the organization, ensuring the organization’s financial health in alignment with annual and long-term goals.
    • Oversee the donor database, developing reports, pulling lists and ensuring all records are up to date.
    • Coordinate all operational and administrative initiatives including but not limited to: banking, volunteer coordination, tax and audit process, state registration etc.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
    • Own analytics and reporting across the organization, managing data and reports to draw key insights.

    Project Management:

    • Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
    • Serve as a point of contact for key initiatives, providing updates, tracking progress and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
    • Work with the founder/CEO to prepare reports, presentations and updates for the board and other key stakeholders (e.g. The 72)
    • Proactively contribute to the success of the entire organization and team, serving as an ambassador of our values and our mission internally and externally

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Be passionate about Many Hopes, our mission, our team, our beneficiaries, and our supporters.
    • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and team and financial management
    • Have 2-5 years experience managing international relationships and grants
    • Have experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of programs
    • Be willing and able to travel internationally, visiting partner locations as needed (20-25% travel)
    • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment where every member of a small team rolls up their sleeves and pitches in
    • Ability to use internal and external data to tell a compelling brand story, and able to provide regular quantitative and qualitative results to the CEO.
    • Proficiency to fluency in Spanish

    • A results-oriented leader, who outlines clear performance metrics, data, and analytics to deliver against KPIs and constantly drive results

    It is preferred that the applicant live in NY, NY, but remote will be considered for a very strong candidate.
