POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director/VP Finance and Administration reports to the Executive Director (ED) and is a key member of the management team. The position oversees and performs many of the day-to-day operations of the finance, human resources, information technology, facilities, and administrative functions. They develop and implement operational plans and budgets, manage resources and vendors effectively, and ensure smooth operations across these critical administrative areas.

This position is largely sedentary in nature however one must possess the ability to speak, hear, and write as well as the ability to use a computer and related software programs, and lift up to 20 lbs. Local and/or national travel periodically required.
