    Position Logistics:

    • Hybrid role; 3 days in the Clarifi Philadelphia office, 2 days working from home

    You Have:

    • Professional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
    • Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field highly preferred
    • 5+ years of work experience required, preferably in a consulting, generalist and/or human resources role.
    • PHR/SPHR/ SHRM-CP certification highly preferred
    • Strong understanding of state employment laws and Philadelphia employment laws required
    • Experience with FMLA administration and Philadelphia specific leave laws required
    • Experience encouraging a strong culture amongst a highly dispersed/virtual workforce (strongly preferred).
    • Experience working with and implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access strategy
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Experience working in multicultural environments.
    • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions and take action within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/Benefit/Payroll Systems
    • Proven project and time management skills as well as a high attention to detail
    • Strong business acumen, facilitation, conflict resolution and communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively drive positive change throughout the organization.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

    The Day to Day:

    • Foster and champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts throughout the employee experience and business processes
    • Manage and resolve employee relations issues at Clarifi
    • Partner with GreenPath Recruiter to understand recruitment process, identify recruitment strategy, and continuously improve the candidate experience at Clarifi. You will then post, screen, and hire Clarifi team members based on business need
    • Conduct new hire orientation.
    • Coordinate an effective onboarding experience to retain top talent, inclusive of employee check-ins and manager support as needed.
    • Conduct ongoing meetings with respective business units to provide guidance and input as it relates to talent acquisition and retention, performance management, career development, etc.
    • In partnership with EX leadership, analyze trends and metrics to recommend solutions, programs and policies that will better the organization as a whole.
    • In partnership with established resources, research and advise on diversity and inclusion issues and creating program, training and values
    • Establish positive working relationship with all managers and employees to promote a professional, effective and inclusive working environment.
    • Preparing and building relationships among colleagues through diversity and inclusion efforts
    • Partner with GreenPath Talent Development to create relevant and meaningful trainings to better meet business/employee needs including curriculum to foster a diverse and inclusive environment
    • Provide performance management guidance to leadership (coaching, counseling, career development and/or disciplinary actions).
    • Utilize employee assessments to successfully support the onboarding and development of employees through their employment journey.
    • Coordinate an effective onboarding experience to retain top talent, inclusive of employee check-ins and manager support as needed.
    • Prepare and deliver offer, transfer and promotion letters.
    • Respond to general employee inquiries.
    • Coordinate and conduct employee stay interviews and exit interviews.
    • Miscellaneous ad hoc duties, as requested by leadership.
