Ravensworth Baptist Church, Annandale, VA seeks Music Staff
Possibilities for the position(s) include, but are not limited to:
- Separate accompanist and minister/director positions
- Combined accompanist and minister/director positions
- Some other staffing configuration that fulfills our needs
Salary: $30,000-32,000 per year for one person as Director/Accompanist; if position is split between two or more people, this total would be allocated among positions. Salary is negotiable based on experience and education.
Work Schedule: 10-12 hours per week; Sunday worship and regular choir rehearsal are the only in-person requirements. If the position is split between two people, hours would be adjusted.
Qualifications: College degree in a related field, with Master's degree in related field preferred; experience working in church settings, specifically worship accompaniment and choir accompaniment/directing.
Supervisor: This position reports to the Pastor.
