Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

Program: Unaccompanied Children Program

Salary: $65,000- $68,000 per annum (Based on experience and education)

General Responsibilities:

Catholic Guardian Services is looking for a Enthusiastic & Experienced Training and Development Specialist for our Unaccompanied Minors program. The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for the training of staff in CGS’ Unaccompanied Minors Program. The trainings will include Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, Onboarding, mandated ORR trainings and specialized trainings. The UC trainer will also assist in conducting targeted Foster parent trainings for the UC program foster parents.

Required Skills:

• Masters Degree
• Three years experience in staff training preferred
• Knowledge of child welfare/child protective services
• Possession of, valid driver’s license, and safe driving record
• Bilingual Spanish

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in a UC program preferred
• Effective communicator with excellent writing and speaking skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
