Compensation: $22.70-$25.55/hr, depending on experience

APANO CUF is a 501(c)(3) organization with an annual budget of $6 million, and works closely with its affiliate 501(c)(4) organization, APANO AF , with an annual budget of $250,000. The Development Coordinator supports fundraising for both entities.
Position Description:
The Development Coordinator will play a key role in managing APANO and APANO Action Fund’s development program and ensuring the organizations raise the resources they need to pursue their mission and vision in a values-aligned way.
The Development Coordinator will support on engaging with individuals, recurring donors, major donors, corporate and other organizational partners to invest in the future direction and financial sustainability of the organizations.
They will be part of the Development Team, collaborating with the Development Director and Development Intern, and working alongside other organizational leaders to deepen our engagement with our community, donors, and partners, and strengthen our financial sustainability and flexibility.
Primary Responsibilities:
