General Statement of Position:
The Institutional Relations Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and will work closely with the Development Manager to ensure the successful implementation and execution of the development plan. The successful candidate will focus on developing the organization’s foundation and government relations and will play an important role in promoting and supporting Literations’ next strategic phase of growing organizational capacity while continuing to expand.
Successful candidates should be familiar with sustaining institutional relationships and have experience in developing grant proposals and grants management. Literations is poised for growth and expansion in our next strategic phase and interested candidates will be excited for the opportunity to be a part of growing the organization’s institutional fundraising efforts and deepening our existing partnerships.
Interested candidates should note, Literations’ Development team operates one day in our downtown office and remotely the rest of the week. Candidates must be based within commutable distance to the Boston area.
