    Description

Worried about the world? We are, too! We are a small but mighty team, tapping into our superpowers to meet the challenges of an increasingly lonely, disconnected, and unhealthy society. To do that, we need a savvy, driven, and entrepreneurial Program Manager. The Foundation for Art & Healing (FAH) develops innovative, creative expression-based programs that alleviate urgent personal and public health issues. We’re best known for our signature initiative, Project UnLonely. Project UnLonely is a recognized and respected name in fighting the global crisis of loneliness. The Project UnLonely portfolio includes programs that raise awareness, reduce stigma, and offer easily deployed and scalable solutions for community-based organizations, employers, colleges and universities, health systems, and insurers.

We have a lot going for us. With the successful launch of our Founder and President, Dr. Jeremy Nobel’s highly praised book, a tested portfolio of compelling programs that are ready to scale, and increasingly recognized as thought leaders in the emerging field of loneliness, we are effecting profound change.

We are looking for a talented and energetic Program Manager to grow with our team. You will be hands-on in the ideation, implementation, and evaluation of our diverse portfolio of programs. This is a position best suited for an “ambidextrous” type - someone who is both a disciplined project manager and also an empathic, creative thinker. After all, we create programs that use the power of creative expression as a path to connection, health, and wellness - we need someone who can help create arts-based programs that engage, inspire, empower, and connect participants.

    We’re a close-knit team, but you’ll be working remotely.

You’ll report directly to the Senior Director of Programs and work in close harmony with our entire team. Here’s more detail on what you’ll bring:
