    • Grant management - Support ED and SDD to ensure timely submission of proposals and reports using project management and CRM software
    • Assist in the execution of all fundraising events (ranging from 3rd party and boutique events to a large, annual signature event)
    • Support 3rd Party fundraising activities, including evaluating event proposals, supporting the creation and distribution of 3rd party toolkits, management of 3rd party partners, and other support as needed or assigned

    Development Administration

    • Provide fundraising administrative assistance to the ED and SDD, including scheduling prospect meetings and preparing materials, such as prospect briefs or research, in advance of meetings
    • Manage the Young Professionals Board (known as the HFC Associates) engagement and administration - partner with SDD and support staff to oversee and provide staff assistance to Associates leadership; support Associates administrative functions, including meeting and committee planning and execution; develop and deploy comprehensive communications campaign to provide organizational updates to Associate members; act as the liaison between the Associates and HFC staff and Board leadership; support Associates event planning and execution
    • Manage DIY Individual and Team fundraising activity, including developing strategies to support individual fundraisers, identify opportunities to increase participation in the program, and implement strategies to increase revenue
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)
