The ideal candidate will bring strong management experience, a commitment to justice and belonging, and a passion for supporting young people as agents of change. They will also contribute to organizational learning, foster a culture of accountability, and help drive strategic growth and alignment across our youth and community initiatives.

Location & Schedule
This position will be based in Boston and Lincoln, MA with fluctuating Tuesday-Saturday (during academic year) and Monday-Friday (summer) depending on the season. Some periodic travel throughout the year to our Lynn Wenham sites as well.
