The Director of Policy and Government Relations advances PACT’s mission by leading advocacy efforts at the federal, state, and local levels. The annual salary range is $82,000 to $96,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience and location. Benefits include employer-covered medical insurance and the option to contribute to a 401(k) plan, 20 days of paid time off, 5 days of paid sick leave, 11 paid federal holidays and the day after Thanksgiving, provided annually.
