The Organizing Director is a full-time, exempt position that will be responsible for overseeing SUN’s organizing and campaign work, which consists of our leadership programs, integrating base building into campaign work, and supervising staff. You will guide and collaborate with organizers to build out goals and workplans that move us towards our power-building imperatives. The Organizing Director is part of the SUN Leadership Team and will also engage in public speaking, facilitation, team building and fundraising on behalf of the organization.

Compensación
- 100% of health, dental, and vision premiums for employees and family members.
- 12 days per year of paid vacation time increasing with tenure up to 20 days.
