    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that programs are utilize evidence-based practices, reflect cultural inclusivity, and align with funder and stakeholder priorities.
    • Conduct program implementation including all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to (1) program management and administration (2) reporting and execution of program plans, and (3) program performance within the timeline and budget parameters.
    • Oversee and assist in the preparation and submission of all program reporting, including annual continuations.
    • Conduct and assist the collection of all required program evaluation data.
    • Conduct classroom style presentations, survey distribution, collection, meetings, focus groups, and key informant interviews in community-based settings.
    • Develop and maintain all data (electronic and hard copy)and record-keeping systems, including but not limited to participant files and resource.
    • Enhance and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders, perspective partners, and the community at large through regular communication and in-person meetings.
    • Travel regularly to conduct community outreach activities and in-person partner and other community-based meetings.
    • Communicate and meet regularly with grant project officers and grants management specialists.
    • Promote agency mission, vision, and philosophy (community engagement, trainings, presentations).
    • Incorporate Chicano History and culture within programming.
    • Ensure program alignment with organizational Theory of Change.
    • Assist in the identification of public/private sources of funding for agency sustainability.
    • Actively participate in grant writing.
    • Communicate daily with your supervisor (email, verbal, phone, text).

    ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE

    • Ability to work and communicate with the community.
    • Ability to conduct community outreach across program network, with potential partners, and the community.
    • Ability to travel regularly to in-person community-based activities and meetings.
    • Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, generate participation, and provide team leadership.
    • Ability to facilitate training and community groups.
    • Experience in/knowledge of implementation of best practices, cultural frameworks, and cultural approaches.
    • Experience in/knowledge of mobilizing community stakeholders, groups, and volunteers.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in social work, social services, public health, or equivalent education and experience.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
    • Consent to random drug testing.
    • Current automobile insurance in the amount of $100,000/$300,000.
    • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccinations + booster.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
    • Valid Arizona Department of Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekends as needed

    Ability to Relocate:

    • Tucson, AZ 85701: Relocate before starting work (Required)
