Since 1998, AdoptAClassroom.org has raised $73 million and equipped more than 7 million students across the U.S.
Position Overview
The AdoptAClassroom.org marketing team is responsible for execution of national brand awareness for the organization, supporting lead generation and engagement for fundraising activities, and maintaining an engaged community of educators nationwide. The team is also responsible for marketing-communication plans to help engage our community with national and regional education campaigns in collaboration with corporate partners including Subaru of America, Burlington Stores, and Skechers.
The Growth Marketing Manager is the department’s expert for digital marketing activity analysis and recommendations. The role will be responsible for creating and optimizing user journeys for the organization’s community of educators, funders, and stakeholders. In addition to implementing and maintaining best practices for email channel communications, the role will also lead building, analyzing, and reporting marketing performance to optimize the team’s effectiveness and recommend improvements. This position will need to be adept at data analysis and maintenance in Salesforce, Account Engagement, and Google Analytics with a focus on experimentation and adaptability. The end result will be marketing programs that better support the organization’s stakeholders and better serve classrooms in need nationwide.
This role reports to the Director of Growth and Partnership Marketing.

This full-time position offers benefits including healthcare (plus dental and vision), paid holidays, paid time off, 401K with employer match, and a one-time $500 work-from-home stipend.
This position can be 100% remote anywhere in the U.S., but may require occasional travel within the U.S. Staff local to our Minneapolis, MN headquarters can have daily access to our downtown office to work, but it is not required.
This full-time position offers benefits including healthcare (plus dental and vision), paid holidays, paid time off, 401K with employer match, and a one-time $500 work-from-home stipend.
